Five suspects, were arrested yesterday respectively for murders, dealing in drugs and possession of firearms and ammunition in the Gauteng and Western Cape areas.
Colin Booysen, Sillico Zainauet
Oliphant, Herbert Anthony Zoutman and Moegamat Faizel Abrahams appeared this
morning, at the Bellville Magistrate’s Court on charges of Prevention of
Organised Crime Act,Murder, dealing in drugs and Possession of firearms and
ammunition wherein their co - accused Sipho Prince Khumalo appeared also
today in the Pretoria Magistrate Court on the same charges.
Both
matters have been remanded to next Tuesday for bail information where
Khumalo will be on stand alongside his four co-accused at the Bellville
Magistrate’s Court.
