A taxi accident leaves one person seriously injured

Netcare 911 paramedics this morning responded to an accident whereby a taxi and a car collided into each in Shallcross. 

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Chris Botha said when the two motor vehicles collided the taxi veered off the road and landed up in the bush

Botha said the driver sustained injuries and he was treated on scene and then transported to hospital for further care that he required.

The exact details of the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
