Today marks the conclusion of the COP17 debates.

South Africa hosted more than 20 000 delegates with 130 ministers and several Head of State at the 17th Conference of Parties.

The South African Home Affairs minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma expressed her gratitude to public servants and people of the country for having displayed hospitality in welcoming the representatives from around the world.

She believes people should look at the benefits and not the costs that came out of the conference as businesses have been pleased with the revenue they received.

She emphasised that the conference showcased entrepreneurs’ ideas to businesses that work towards a greener economy. #COP17
