The United Nations says the deal that has been signed after climate talks in Durban is historic.
Nearly two-hundred countries signed the deal towards a legally binding agreement on the climate by 2015.
The agreement will come into force from 2020.
Meanwhile, the Independent Democrats ‘Lance Greyling says it was very clear that some developed countries had no intention of living up to their historical responsibilities concerning the levels of emission cuts.
Many NGO’s have claimed that at COP17 the environment lost and profit hungry corporations won.
