Popcru concerned over police attacks

The Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union has condemned attacks of police officers and police stations. 

Popcru Spokesperson Theto Mahlakoana said the safety of police officers is a big concern. 

This as several incidents over the past week where including five officers who were injured and 19 police vehicles damaged when the Relela police station was petrol bombed.

Mahlakoana said these actions are equal to attacking law, meaning that they want to be in some state of anarchy.

She further urged the members of the public to stop the actions.
