Nkosazana Zuma addresses Organising of Africa Trade Union Unity 40th anniversary

The African Union Commission Chairperson Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma's over the weekend addressed the 40th anniversary conference of the Organisation of African Trade Union Unity held at the Yordanos Hotel in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. 

Dr Dlamini Zuma called upon the trade unions to ensure that women are not only involved in trade unionism but should also occupy critical decision making positions. 

Dlamini Zuma said another issue that will be on the agenda of the summit will be finding alternate sources of funding for infrastructure.

“Where infrastructure is moving, it is when the country is putting money on that infrastructure first; we are going to discuss it, that is where we will see how much political and how much commitment is there” Nkosazana Zuma added.
