An accident leaves six people injured in Johannesburg

An accident this
morning on the N12/N1 highway in Johannesburg
It is believed that
two vehicles collided resulting in them rolling off the road. the exact details of the cause of the
accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
ER24 Spokesperson
Russel Meiring said the two vehicles collided after the driver of the one
vehicle apparently lost control causing it to
roll and ejecting some of the occupants.
“When they arrived
on scene the discovered that the vehicles were spread across the highway. one
patient was critically injured when he was ejected from the vehicle and five
others suffered injuries ranging from minor to moderate.” Meiring added.
The critically
injured patient was airlifted by ER24 to hospital for urgent medical treatment.
