Police in the Southern Cape are investigating the death of an 83-year-old man from Thembalethu in George that was killed by a pack of dogs.
Police spokesperson Malcolm Pojie said the owner of the seven dogs found the body of Blom Mbanve in George Industria.
The attack happened last week and details were only released yesterday.
The owner of the dogs had not been at home when the attack took place.
Pojie said the SPCA confiscated the dogs.
