27-year-old woman hijacked and raped by four men in Cape Winelands

Cape Town police have confirmed that a 27-year-old woman was hijacked and raped by four men in bushes in the Cape Winelands.
According to police the women was driving her vehicle into her yard and waiting for the electric gate to close, when an unknown man knocked on the left side and the second one knocked on the driver's side of the window. They pulled her out of the vehicle and dragged her to a vehicle parked in the streets and drove away with her.

Captain FC van Wyk said there were three suspects in the vehicle and they then stopped a vehicle in an open field, a second vehicle joined them. They dragged her out of the vehicle and all four suspects raped her.
Van Wyk said she later noticed that the other vehicle was her own car after raping her the suspects told her to get into her vehicle and go home. No arrests have been made as yet and a rape case was opened for investigation.
