Convicted murderer Oscar Pistorius has been placed on suicide watch after sustaining severe wrist injuries in jail.
Pistorius was rushed to Pretoria's Kalafong Hospital last weekend but his family insisted it was not a suicide attempt but rather a very bad fall.
There was a report that the former paralympian's case has developed with three senior prison sources confirming that he laid a complaint of attempted murder against prison nurses three weeks ago.
