3-month-old puppy saved from death

The staff from the Madzananda Animal Clinic based in Cape Town, Khayelitsha found a puppy dumped in Cape Town. According to a report, the puppy was at deaths door, furthermore while the Madzananda Animal Clinic was travelling through the community collecting dogs in need of medical care, a group of staff from CCT flagged the ambulance. Upon their arrival, they saw that the puppy was on her last breath.



It was therefore rushed to the animal clinic for treatment. After a medical assessment, the animal clinic confirmed the puppy had severe mange and was extremely malnourished.

Furthermore, a report says that the general manager of the clinic Si Heidi May said the puppy looked as if it had given up.
