Killer taxi driver Jacob Humphreys had his bail reinstated by the Western Cape High Court today.
Humphreys was found guilty recently of murdering ten children.
Humphreys advocate Johaan Engelbrecht said that Judge Siraj Desai extended his bail ending the hearing of application for leave to appeal as against the order of judge Henney.
Last year Humphreys overtook cars at a level crossing in Blackheath when a train crashed into his taxi killing the ten children.
