A man was arrested for raping a 13-year-old girl in Tsolo of Mthatha,Eastern Cape.
The 22 year old was arrested at about 22:00 on Monday. He reportedly raped the girl in her home and was unknown to the victim.
Police were then alerted after the girl was found with the door to her home left open.
Police Spokesperson,Lieutenant Colonel Mzukisi Fatyela said the man is to appear in the Tsolo Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
