A Cape Town community is claiming that authorities are not sufficiently managing their parks and open spaces.

Many Mitchell’s Plain residents are complaining that the parks are not being used for recreational activities.

A sand dune located next to a primary school is covered in broken glass and used condoms.

There is also a secrete hide away spot that is built out of tree branches and is used by drug addicts and criminals.
