Three people who have been running a testing centre in Worcester have been arrested.
The alleged criminals had been working with traffic officers in the operation of issuing fake drivers licences.
Two traffic officers were also arrested.
The Western Cape Transport Department were conducting a sting when they caught these criminals. They are all expected to appear in court soon.
