A man from Pretoria North has been arrested for killing 4 dogs skinning them and placing them in the freeze and in a chest under his bed.
On Saturday night the police searched the flat in Pretoria North.Riaan Bester admitted that he killed the dogs and showed the police the knives he utilized to skin the dogs.
The knives were dirty with blood all over.
The dog’s corpse which were found under the bed and in the chest were frozen. Two of the dogs belonged to the landlord of the flat he is renting.
