Some good news for Gauteng residents,
the water levels at the Vaal dam have increased from 26.5% recorded on Friday
to 27.76%. This comes as a result of heavy rain at the dam’s water catchment
areas.
However, the Department of
Water and Sanitation says they are far from their targeted 50%.
The department is urging residents
to use water sparingly.
