On Wednesday night three people were shot by unknown suspects in what police believes to be a taxi-related shooting in Kraaifontein. According to police the suspects fled the scene, and one person was wounded while two others succumbed to their serious injuries.
The police's Wesley Twigg said that the motive was unclear.
“After Kraaifontein police attended the crime scene where they
found the victims with gunshot wounds to their bodies. The two victims between
the ages of 35 and 50, were declared deceased on the scene by medical
personnel, meanwhile a 35-year-old victim was taken to a medical facility for medical
treatment”, said twigg.
