The African Christian Democratic Party said it is deeply concerned about the escalating industrial action especially the violent and even deadly strikes in the country.

ACDP MP Cheryllyn Dudley said government needs to take some responsibility and take a lead in ensuring wage negotiation practice and protocol functions well.

“While the good days work must result in the fair wage some kind of stability is going be necessary if investors are to take the risk that needs to be taken and like it or not there are no jobs where is no  investment,” Dudley said.

Dudley said government needs to act as soon as possible.
