Police in Pinetown arrested two men after a raid in a heroin lab

Suspects between the ages of 25 and 26-years-old were arrested this is after Chatsworth Cluster Crime Intelligence discovered a clandestine heroin lab in Pinetown area. 

Police made the arrests after investigating the activities of a drug dealer who was supplying heroin to the greater Pinetown area. 

Colonel Jay Naicker said they also found three other people in the premises who were packaging the drugs.

He added that during the search of the premises police also found about R 75 000 in cash which is suspected to be from the proceeds of drugs.
