The protests at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology will not be ending anytime soon.
The CPUT students are protesting against the 11 percent fee increase on the registration fee.
Sello Nkhatho the Western Cape chairperson of the South African Student Congress said they are escalating their action.
He continued to say that they have intensified the struggle and are now joined by more students.
He said that they will not stop until there is a re-opening of a dialogue.
