Police still investigating school arson

Limpopo police have not yet determined who is responsible for an arson attack on a school in Matlala.

This saw books and stationery go up in flames on the first day of the new school year.

An estimated value of sixty-thousand-Rands worth of school materials was burnt in the staff room of BK Matlala High School yesterday morning.

Police has also not yet arrested any suspects in connection with a similar incident at the school last year, where three-hundred-and-sixty-thousand-Rands worth of damage was caused by a fire in the library.
