It has been reported that disabled and old people are given first preference in some parts of the voting stations in Khayelitsha.
Bush Radio’s Correspondent Donald Puza, who is in the area at Njongo Primary School says, people have come out in their numbers to vote.
Puza says “IEC officials are showing respect to elderly and disabled people, as a result people in the queues are very much understanding”.
He says “Police presence in the poll stations is keeping order”
