The Democratic Alliance has called for an
explanation regarding the near collapse of the Administrative Adjudication of
Road Traffic Offences Act.

Maimane said while government continues with its stubborn campaign to implement
e-tolling, documents leaked reveal that government neither has the means nor
the systems in place to implement the R10 billion project.
