North West Premier Thandi Modise handed over farms to the value of R60 million to the Barolong Boo Mariba Traditional Council.

The Council said it will use the six farms they received as part of the land that was stolen from them through the 1913 Land Act.

“Never and never again must this country experience some of the things that many of them are still reeling from,” Kgwele said

Kgwele added that don’t allow people to steal it and that they must preserve their land for their children.

He further added that they should not allow it to slip through their fingers.
