Dept of MK Veterans condemned violent protests

The Department of Military Veterans has condemned the violent protests which took place on Monday in Ekurhuleni. 

Military Veterans yesterday marched to the Ekurhuleni offices demanding jobs they say the municipality had promised them.

MK vets protest became violent and police had to use rubber bullets to disperse the crowd, several people were arrested. 

Department of Military Veterans Chief Director Communications Mbulelo Musi said the Director General have called on all those involved these activities and engaging processes where they can able to find solution on the basis of negotiating and using peaceful means.
