A teenage boy is appearing in the Rawsonville Magistrate’s Court for the murder of 3-year-old Ramarco Arries. Last week the toddler died after he was allegedly frequently thrown on a cement floor.
According to SABC News the case will appear in court on Friday after a brief appearance in the magistrate’s court on Tuesday. The accused is being held in a place of safety.
It is believed the actions of the teenager were brought on when he tried to copy wrestlers he sees on television by repeatedly throwing the boy on the floor and then he laid the toddler down in bed.
It has been reported that Ramarco and his mother resides with the teenagers parents. The mother of the toddler was at work at the time of the incident and says she and the family of the accused do not hold any grudges against each other.
