More than a dozen people have died in road
deaths since the start of the new year says Western Cape
A freak accident that occurred in
Clanwilliam on Thursday has left nine people dead while twenty one people were
travelling in the bakkie.
Officials will be clamping down on
transport that contains large amounts of people.
