The 19-year-old that was allegedly shot dead by Kotze will be buried today in Bela Bela.
The murderer will be appearing in Modimolle Magistrate court this afternoon.
The police are well prepared for anything that might happened in court as they expect a protest.
Kotze has been insulted and called all names for the alleged murder of his stepson as well as ordering his employees to rape his estranged wife. He was on the run for two weeks before being caught by the Limpopo police.
