Government is expecting a report about the
re-introduction of the sexual offences court.
Minister Jeff Radebe said the report will
be handed over to government in August.
Radebe says 62 courts that are operating on
a pilot basis have proven to be very effective.
The Minister added that government is
concerned about the increase in rape case.
A task team has now been set up to look at
the possibility of reintroducing the dedicated sexual offences courts.
