Two motorcyclists were injured in an accident in Beyers Naude this morning.

The cyclists were allegedly knocked off their bikes by a car on the N14.

Netcare911 Spokesperson Santie Steinmann said a 47 year-old cyclist sustained serious injuries and the other man sustained minor injuries.

Steinmann said both men were treated on the scene before being transported to Krugersdorp Private Hospital.

Meanwhile another motorcyclist was injured in an accident in Magaliesberg this morning.

It is alleged the cyclist lost control of his motorcycle and crashed on the side of the road.

Steimann said he was also treated on scene and then transported to hospital for further treatment.
