A young man has been killed and his companion seriously injured in what has been described as a horror accident in front of the Hoërskool Gimnasium in Potchefstroom.
“Learners from the school watched horrified as two vehicles collided, leaving the 21-year-old driver of one of the cars dead and his 20-year-old female companion in a critical condition with multiple injuries,” said ER24 spokesperson Werner Vermaak
It is understood that the Toyota Corolla that the two people were travelling in made a U-turn in front of a passing SUV, the SUV collided the drivers side, killing the driver instantly,” said Vermaak
