Fifa is facing criticism following poor decisions at World Cup games this weekend.
A debate about goal line technology has flared up following a disallowed goal in England’s match against Germany.
England lost 1-4, with many blaming the fact that Frank Lampard’s goal was not recognised for the defeat.
Premier Soccer League coach Gordon Igesund says human error needs to be eliminated.
He says unrecognised goals are game-changers, adding that England had no chance of winning after the incident.
