Four suspects, including a pregnant female, were arrested for drug dealing in West Beach, during Metro Police operations in the Blaauwberg area.
Police say after they received numerous complaints from residents regarding drug dealing in the area, they executed search warrants at suspected drug houses.
They confiscated large quantities of cocaine, Ecstacy tablets and TIK, found in their possession.
Metro Police Deputy Chief Yolanda Faro says a man and a pregnant woman, were arrested at one of the houses and charged with dealing in narcotics.
Three bundles of cocaine were found in a wardrobe and approximately R100 000 cash was found in a jacket.
“Two other suspects were arrested for the possession of TIK and heroin respectively during two separate raids in the same area,” said Faro.
