It is believed that alcohol played an important factor in the shack fires that burnt early hours of this morning in Du Noon , Cape Town.
70 People have been left homeless due to the blaze.
The victims claim to have lost all their belongings including personal documents like Identification books.
Residents believe the fire had started because the owner was drinking alcohol.
