Four suspects arrested in Woodstock

Woodstock Police on Wednesday arrested four suspects between the ages of 24 to 38-years-old for being in possession of stolen property. 

Woodstock police were busy with scheduled crime prevention patrols when they noticed a suspicious bakkie that was carrying a white canopy that did not fit the vehicle. 

Sergeant Hilton Malila said when the suspects noticed the police they drove off and a car chase ensued. 

They were eventually caught on the N2 carriage way. Sergeant Hilton Malila said the police are busy investigating to find out if the suspects are not involved in other canopy crimes.
