Suspect arrested for gang-related shooting in Bonteheuwel

Bonteheuwel’s Law Enforcement Officers arrested a suspect on Friday morning after a man was shot multiple times in the face. The incident occurred in Jasmine Street, just after 7am

The motive for the attack is believed to be gang-related.

‘’Once again we would like to thank community members for providing information and ensuring that we are consistently fighting back against gangsters and their activities,’’ said Bonteheuwel ward councilor, Angus Mckenzie.
