Cope of the People MP and leader of its Youth Movement, Anele Mda, says the party will appeal the judgment confirming Mosioua Lekota as party President.
The judgment was delivered by the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg.
The conference which passed the vote of no confidence against Lekota was ruled illegal by Judge Rami Mathopo.
Last week Lekota and the party's head of comunications Phillip Dexter were expelled from the party.
Lekota has promised to bring unity into the party.
Mda says this is not over.
