Three Metro officers had a narrow escape when their patrol vehicle rolled on the N2.
Metro Police Deputy Chief Yolanda Faro says after doing duty at the Parade viewing area in Cape Town, the three officers were on their way back to the Khayelitsha Head Quarters where they are deployed.
“The officers were travelling on the N2 between Mew Way and Spine Road, when their vehicle lost control and rolled in what seem to be a tyre burst incident.
All three were admitted to the N1 hospital for X-rays and observations and according to medical personnel one sustained torn muscle injuries in his arm and shoulder whilst the other two suffered of neck pain,” said Faro.
