Glenn Agliotti’s lawyer says State witness Roger Kebble is playing around with the South Gauteng High Court.
He said this after Kebble failed to testify against Agliotti due to an apparent “heart condition”.
Agliotti stands accused of organizing the murder of mining magnate Brett Kebble, who happens to be Roger’s son, in 2005.
The trial was postponed for two months in August because Kebble was due to undergo a knee operation, which never happened.
Defence lawyer Laurence Hodes says the man who has been given the name “Roger the Dodger” is intentionally wasting the court’s time.
