Seven people, including four children, were killed in a road accident near Langebaan on the West Coast last night.
Traffic authorities say the car slammed into a truck.
The accidents occurred on the R-27.
A baby in the car died in the crash, as well as children aged four, five and 15. It took emergency crews five hours to clear the scene.
