The Potchefstroom College of Agriculture in the North West is being accused of failing to do maintenance by AfriForum Youth.
The spokesperson Ian Cameron said that their legal team is demanding that all the financial reports from 2005 be released which is related to the college’s maintenance and infrastructure.
Cameron said that they suspect funds are being mismanaged and if need be legal action will be taken.
He added that the health and safety investigation revealed that the toilets were broken, mould in the showers, campus security was below standard and even electrical cables were lying in water.
Cameron said it used to be a very proud and beautiful institution and students are not proud of the place anymore.
