Last week the Department of Minerals and Energy announced that the fuel prices will increase again this week.

Motorists are expected to rush to fuel stations before today when the price of petrol will increase by 28-cents a litre.

The price of diesel will also go up by between eight and 10-cents a litre.

Public transport such as taxis and buses are expected to increase fares due to the recent price hikes.
