WC government in talks with Manenberg Committee

On Monday, the Western Cape Government and the City of Cape Town were joined by the Menenberg Project Steering Committee to announce progress on plans for urban upgrading.

Western Cape government said the Steering Committee represents the Manenberg community in all aspects of development planning and government is pleased to have them and informing the public of the way forward.

held a press conference to outline a way forward


“This is just phase one and this made very clear by the community leaders of Mannenberg that it is only the beginning and we are going to be rolling it out further in the province. We look forward to this project being implemented as we go along in the next few months.” Spokesperson for Western Cape Premier Michael Mpofu said.
