Trio disguised in City uniforms robs PnP in Epping

Pick ‘n Pay Viking in Epping, was a victim of a business robbery on Friday morning, when opportunists got away with a substantial amount of money.

The police’s Malcolm Pojie says three armed suspects disguised themselves in uniform

‘’The incident that occurred at the chain retail store in Viking, Epping at about 06:00 this morning. Preliminary information reveal that three unknown armed suspects – one with a traffic uniform, law enforcement and security guard uniform – held up the staff and robbed the business with a substantial but undisclosed amount of cash,’’ said Lieutenant Colonel Malcolm Pojie.


He added that the suspects fled the scene in a white Volkswagen polo, and are yet to be arrested

Western Cape police are investigating a business robbery.
