African continent is celebrating the first victory by an African team at this year’s World Cup.
Ghana’s Black Stars beat Serbia in an exciting Group D opener at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria yesterday.
Ghana is one of the six African country’s to participate into this years World Cup.
The hosts, South Africa also got a point when they drew 1-1 with Mexico on Friday at the event’s opening game at Soccer City.
Now the African eyes are on Cameroon who is taking on Japan later this afternoon at the Free State stadium in Bloemfontein.
The Ivory Cost play Portugal at the Nelson Mandela Bay stadium in Port Elizabeth tomorrow at 4pm.
