Murder accused Ambrose Monye’s case was postponed today in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court because of financial problems.
The Nigerian’s lawyers did not arrive in court because they said they had not been paid.
Monye and Andre Gouws are accused of murdering Pretoria teaching assistant Chanelle Henning in November last year.
Monye’s case was postponed to the 24th of May while Gouws will appear in the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria on November 19th.
