Nehawu wants to wish former State
President Nelson Mandela a happy 95th birthday tomorrow.
They called on public servants, Nehawu members to embrace the principles of patriotism showed by the former president.
Nehawu Spokesperson Sizwe Pamla said
that they are committing themselves to the Batho Pele principle.
Pamla said it is a challenge for
them to work together, and make sure the nation is united.
“We should make sure we do not
succumb to greed and corruption that have consumed our people.
“We want to make sure we protect
Mandela’s principles and his legacy by making sure we work to unite the country
to be the rainbow nation comrade Mandela dreamed of” Pamla added.
