Suspects arrested in Lwandle and Bishop Lavis for illegal firearm and ammunition

A 46-year-old man was arrested by police, on Tuesday, after he was found in possession of an illegal firearm and ammunition in Lwandle.

Sergeant Wesley Twigg said officers received information about an illegal firearm being kept in Vukayi street.

‘’Members of the Provincial Operational Coordination Centre received and passed on information to operational members about a firearm at the mentioned address.
