Satawu security coordinator, Jackson Simon, says Fifa and the LOC are distancing themselves from the dispute between stadium security stewards and their employers, Stallion Security.
The trade union says they warned Fifa and the LOC last year about issues that will affect workers during the World Cup.
Simon says workers are being exploited by Fifa, and as such, the union has called for an urgent meeting with the World Cup organisers to resolve the dispute.
Simon says this is now a matter of national pride.
